Terms Of Service (T.O.S)

By purchasing any artwork from me, you automatically agree to these following terms. Please read carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not correspond with my terms of service. These terms are subject to change at any time.

-Payment is via PayPal only! Currency is in USD.-Payment is also upfront and by invoice, please make sure you have the amount before commissioning!
I will not be accepting commissions to those who do not have a paypal account.-Slots are first come first served and are not reserved! There are some exceptions however, depending how long the payment wait is.-As the artist, I reserve the right to accept and reject commissions.
-Refunds are handled by a case-by-case basis.-Please have patience, as some commissions take longer than others, will possibly take more than a day (perhaps a week or a month) to finish some, especially if they're illustrations.-It is essential you give me a proper ref of your character(s), preferably flat colored. I will not draw characters based on text, unless you are commissioning me for a ref sheet.-Be sure to specify what you want on your commission, such as pose or expression of your character, this includes backgrounds!-You are welcome to let me have artistic freedom on your commission, just tell me!-Artist will share WIPs occasionally for if you want something to be changed, I do only up to 4 edits! After those 4, the rest come with a fee.-As the artist, I reserve the right to publish the artwork on any website, as well as use them in a personal portfolio and for examples, if you prefer it to not be posted however, be sure to tell me!-As the commissioner, you are allowed to use the artwork as an icon, wallpaper and such, as well as share it. Just please be sure to credit me!-You CANNOT trace, heavily edit, sell or claim that you created the artwork.-You cannot use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.-You CANNOT, and I repeat, CANNOT, use the artwork for any sort of NFTS/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency nor AI.
